Shipping policy

At FLICKER & FLAME SDN. BHD., we strive to deliver your handmade candles and aromatherapy products safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (festive periods, promotions), processing times may be extended; we will update customers accordingly via email or WhatsApp.


3. Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 flat rate per order
  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 flat rate per order

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Courier Partners

We use reputable courier services such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, or other reliable domestic couriers to deliver your orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number for real-time monitoring.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout. We will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed packages

You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package reshipped.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you receive your order with:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items
